 + 0 moreHe is great. He has done many things for us. The pricing was very reasonable. He was very clean, aware, and listened to us, figuring out what we wanted done, and he was very professional. His punctuality was very good. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I last used Michael Peed Construction early this summer for construction, replacement of things, new rooms, doors, and things like that.

 + 0 moreWhile Michael is not fast, he is thorough, does fine work, and always cleans up at the end each day. He is easy to work with, listening and applying our wishes as much is possible. He shows up when expected and calls the few times he has to be late. His own home was destroyed by a recent hurricane, Irene, but insisted on finishing our job before setting to work on his own housing. I would not hesitate to call on him to do small or major work on our home.
Description of Work: We have had three major jobs done that included finishing off attic space to build a bath, a bedroom, and an all purpose room. In addition he recently did a major repair job for a long time leak to a sliding door. It involved removal of trim, kitchen and breakfast nook tile and sub flooring. At the leak site he repaired the joists, and a support beam and then rebuilt the area around the old sliding door. He then re-tiled the floor and backsplash, repaired the opening, and installed the new outside door. He completed the job with the trim and other finish work that included painting.
