they worked all day with a crew on the spring cleaning and the house and porches looked great. It has been months ago now and we have not found anything that they missed. The periodic cleaning is going great! Very pleased to have them come in every two weeks.

They did a very good job cleaning but we're not dependable regarding arrival time. I had them 3 times and they were very late twice.

Two wonderful ladies come by once a month and clean my house top to bottom - it's wonderful - I have no complaints - none. I have been using this service probably over3 years now.

Sharon & Patty have been "my team" since Fall of 2011. They are on time, pleasant, thorough, pay special attention to detail. Generally wonderful! Things are spotless when they finish.

It did not go well. They didn't move furniture, they just kind of swept around anything. It was not fine. It was not a deep clean.

"We have no record of cleaning for a [member name removed] in our data base he must have used a copy cat service in that area. We do not offer a $100 deep clean the least expensive deep clean is about $300. Merry Maids of New Bern also guarantee all work if a client is not happy we will re-clean the areas at no additional cost. We have been in business since 1996 and have always stood by our work."

It is a franchise. They are excellent. I really have no problems with them at all. They are always willing to help. They are very cooperative. They come out when they say they would.
