We told them what the problem was and they came out to fix it without us having to be there. We have been using them for 30 years. They have always been responsive and very good. We have no complaints about them at all.

It was a big job for me. I have not had much plumbing work done before and so I have not used them very much. I did not get a competitive bid because I have had them put in the water heaters before. They were on propane and they had to convert them. I wanted to keep my guarantee and so I wanted them to do it. I have no complaints. They did a good job. Everything works fine. But I don't have any idea if the price was high or low.
