Moving company could not commit to arrival by movers at a specific time in the morning of the move.  Nor could moving company commit to completing an in-town move within one day.  Individual movers arrived later than two hour time window allotted, and did not communicate potential for delay.  Moving company was not able to provide explanation for delay upon initial requests.  Once movers arrived, however, they were reasonably professional and courteous.  Because of movers' late arrival, the move was not completed until late in the evening.  Movers encountered some difficulty in disassembling and reassembling some furniture pieces. Overall, satisfactory, but because of up front timing issues I would consider using a different provider in the future, if others were available at this price point.

It was just for a quote and the gentleman was extremely rude. He came in, he wouldn't give me a quote and then he said his computer wasn't working and then he called me back after he left, three times asking if he left his wallet here and he was already an hour late for his scheduled appointment time. It was really, he was just rude. The price was extremely high, it was more than double of what I had been quoted from other people. I don't know if he was drunk or what when he got here because he even pulled in from my, he wouldn't pull into my driveway, he didn't park along the curb, he just pulled in straight, like facing the house at the curb, it was weird. The whole thing was just really weird. Just that I would probably not ever ask for a quote from them again.

They were very good and accomodating. Everything went unbelieveably smooth.
