I called Coastal Carolina out after being told by another company that my circuit board was corroding, blower and basically the entire unit was going bad and on it's last leg "could go out at any minute". I have had customers use Coastal Carolina for their needs and they've always been happy... so I called them out to recheck and quote everything. Turns out my board showed no corrosion, my unit wasn't surging and causing any issues and has plenty of life left! They'll be my go to ALWAYS!

We parted ways and the owner did not charge me for the last visit. He insisted that he should take some of his product back (in a sarcastic manner) My co-worker hired another person to install a new unit and now has a/c with no problems. He was rude to this person and hung up on the customer after telling them he would not come out at all. (Ill at my co-worker for indicating they would give him a poor rating). He would not have returned at all if the warranty company had not gotten behind him. My co-worker suggested to the warranty company not to partner with this company anymore.

The total project took 5 full working days. Phase 1 involved removing old equipment. Phase 2 involved building platforms at end of house for gas pack and AC unit. Phase 3 involved removing old furnace and cooling coil in attic. Phase 4 involved electrical work and gas plumbing work to activate AC/heating system in attic for upstairs zone according to new code; install new thermostats for upstairs and downstairs zones. Phase 5 involved installing new air handling ductwork in crawl space, electrical and gas plumbing work to activate AC/heating system for downstairs zone.

Michael Parks, manager, did a superb job in moving the project along. The entire crew was experienced, knowledgeable and did high quality work.

They fixed all the problems. They did not hesitate to address the problems either. Work on rental properties.

He is very busy but he is quick, efficient and he responds to phone calls rapidly. He is a really nice person and is extremely honest. We definitely would use him again.

This guy was referred to us by a warranty company. He was the third contractor they sent to solve an intermittent problem. During my first conservation with he told me how stupid and lazy the the contractors were. He proceeded to do exactly the same thngs they did with the exception that he did install an un-needed thermostat. After his third visit he told me he couldn't keep coming with the unit functioning properly. This was the visit that I had left the AC running even though it wasn't cooling. The guy leveled the drain line and said everything was fine. It cooled for six hours. When I called the guy he blew me off. He was expected by the warranty company to come last Friday(7/1) and since he didn't come or call, he was supposed to come today but did not.It is currently set on 74 and the temperature is 82. The line is not draining and there is 1/2 inch of water in the pan. Hire at your own risk and be ready to do your own diagnosis.

CCAC responded in less than 12 hours, checked out the unit and fixed the problem in less that an hour. We have used them several times in the past and they have ALWAYS been promp, professional and very reasionable on prices.

They were prompt and polite. All of the work they did was satisfactory. They had to come back to fix part of the work.
