Matt takes the time to decipher customer tastes. At the same time, he is not hesitant to present multiple options for materials that he thinks will highlight the artwork. Moreover, he's budget-conscious--i.e., he wouldn't recommend expensive museum-quality glass unless the particular work warranted it. All of the projects I left with him were completed within the estimated time frame which he provided in advance. No surprises on pricing. He is conscientious about caring for your artwork, wrapping it and providing appropriate hardware for hanging. He's pleasant to work with, and I'm very satisfied with the quality of work at Coastal Frame and Art.
