Description of Work: Mr Beatty was a very polite gentleman and was hired to do the plumbing work for our natural gas conversion with a Rennai on demand system and a new gas cooktop. At the Estimate visit he appeared to ask the right questions and give a thorough inspection of the proposed job. His Estimate was within what we considered fair. However during the plumbing and hookup of the water heater his work was sloppy and continued to fail the Gas Company evaluations. He had to be continually told what to do and how to do it! The project that should have taken a week stretched for more than a month. We were very disappointed in his company and cannot, unfortunately, give him any better than a D, and that was only because he kept showing up until the work was completed.

Description of Work: This company serviced an existing warranty program I have. They installed a new water heater (gas), but after 2 days the water heater was leaking gas. The local utilities company called them back. The leak was fixed but after about 4 days the unit was leaking water. They came back and diagnosed the problem as a faulty pressure release valve, They replace the valve. Within two days the unit was leaking water again (about 2 gallons a day). They came back and said that the leak was coming from the roof or the wall, and not the unit. The heater kept leaking, they refuse to come back. I had to call another plumbing company that diagnosed the problem as a faulty overflow tank. They replaced the tank and I have had no problems since.
