He walked off and left us with his employees to do the work. They took the grommet off in the tub and created a mildew problem. They didn't really know what they were doing. He should have stayed to instruct them or oversee the work. As soon as I got another plumber in here he could see right away what was wrong. We called the insurance company, but it ended up costing us around a thousand dollars. Don't go to him, I do not recommend him.

It didn't go well, they seemed to be in a hurry all the time and quite willing to shed responsibility for the problem.
