This is my second visit.. Approximately 1 month ago I brought in my mother cat and her 4 kittens for their 1st visit. They were very kind and professional. They went out of their way to work my mother cat in for an immediate Spay so she would not have another unplanned pregnancy. They were so sweet with my mother cat and kittens. You could tell they really cared. This visit was for a booster vaccine and a post Spay check. I met Dr. Leslie on the first visit and Dr. Campbell on the second visit. They both were knowledgeable and compassionate. They were very busy on both visits so my cat had to wait about 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen each time. They told me the cost of a first visit for a well cat, vaccines and exam is about 150.00 I asked because I have 2 other cats that need to be seen. I will be returning, they are great!

I drove 45 minutes to this clinic to have my dog seen. I have a 11 1/2 year old Labrador who is experiencing limping and pain. I had previously taken him to a more local Vet clinic and was not satisfied with the rushed nature of the visit when I though more attention and a more thorough exam was needed. Animal Care Center of New Bern staff was helpful, courteous, and very thorough. I did not feel they were overpriced. I will gladly make the drive again for this type of care and attention for the beloved family dog.

For the last cat, I called ahead of time.
Upon arrival, with the cat struggling, I was shown into a room immediately.
Fortunately, I was not made to wait, even a moment
Tech came in , doc immediately thereafter and gave a sleeping shot
Several minutes later, she came back in and put the kitty away.
All very calming, efficient, and with a lot of empathy.

The appointment was done on a timely basis. We did wait long in the office and between the assistant and the vet it was done in a timely and calm manner, even though our cat does not like being away from his normal surroundings. The staff personnel at the front desk also do a good job and are pleasant to deal with.

It was an excellent experience.

We had a female corgi scheduled in August for spaying. But, just our luck, she came into heat about the time of the appointment. The clinic got us in in about a month (they are so busy that a month was pretty good) and took care of it today. They were ready when we got there and the pup was ready when we arrived to pick her up.
Facilities always clean, desk staff friendly, and techs and docs never seem to rushed.
We have had one near emergent issue, and were seen very quickly.
This place is very very busy, indicating a lot of customer satisfaction. I know we are quite pleased with the service, but it does seem a little expensive.

It was very good. Their prices are very reasonable and in line with everybody else. They were highly recommended to me.

The vet services are top notch. The facility has caring veterinarians and great help. They know the animals by name and they know us by name. Every time we go in they know all of our animals; we have 4 cats and 3 dogs so it is very personable and personal and cost conscious. It is a very caring facility. The Utah Dog Care has video cameras and people with the animals all the time. The dogs are inside and outside; they don't just kennel them on the inside so they are outside running around.
