They did a good job but they are too frank and the price was pretty high.

I had another company install my HVAC a little over 3 years ago when I built the house. I have had a problem with it leaking/loosing freon. The original installer added freon last year and said my Inside coil had a leak and needed to be replaced. To get me going for now they added freon. Which is not cheap. I decided to wait on replacing the coil. I have a 5 year parts warranty, just filed up with freon and it was a small leak so why not wait and postpone another expenditure for now. Right or wrong that was my reasoning. So this June the AC would not cool and the inside unit froze (had ice all over it). The original installer was not local so I decided to get someone closer.
The guy from Quality Cooling and Heating came as scheduled, found the problem right away. Freon was leaking from the coil but not because of a bad coil. It was a valve stem the overheated and melted due to improper installation. He was courteous, professional and reasonably priced. I felt like I could trust him and will call him again.

I called for a Quote one afternoon when I got off work. The owner told me he could come out that night and take a look at it or if it was more convenient for me he could come the next day. He came out that night and gave me the quote which I compared to my other two quotes. I noticed a huge difference in the quotes so I immediately ask him about it thinking that he had missed something I needed done. The owner assured me this was the total cost and everything would be taken care of. So we scheduled a time for the work to be started. The worker arrived on schedule and the work was completed without any problems. After the work was completed I got a follow up call to see how I liked my Heat Pump. I was surprised by the low prices and impressed with the quality of work I received. This company truly lived up to the name.
