Great experience!! I called the night before he arrived and left a message. The house was then at 87 degrees. He called at 8am the next day and said "I'm on the way!". Him was here in less than an hour and had my unit working in under an hour. I would highly recommend! I even tried to pay him more and he wouldn't take it. Very nice man.

Our central air conditioning unit died, the day before the hottest day in North Carolina history. Jim's Heating and A/C was the first to respond to our request for service. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He determined our existing unit was beyond repair. Jim then gave us an estimate to replace the unit. Here's the amazing part, Jim and his team removed and completely replaced our system, had us up and running LESS THAN 48 hours from the time he gave us the estimate.
My husband is a day sleeper, air conditioning is essential. I can only say "Thank YOU" to Jim and his team for the fantastic level of service they provided.
