Wonderful job!! He had to undo a "french drain system" done by another contractor (who I found on Angie's list) who did such a poor job that my basement was flooding like a river whenever it rained and the property around the house was a muddy mire. My basement is now dry and water is not flooding around the outside of the house when it rains.
I still need to have some landscaping done to correct the "grading" done by the poor contractor, but I will have Mr. Ramirez do this at another time when he can fit me into his schedule. His workers came early and worked under his supervision. Most of the work was done by Mr. Ramirez himself working alongside his team.
My neighbor had extensive lanscaping, drainage systems for his backyard and foundation, raised garden beds, patio areas and retaining walls done by Mr. Ramirez this past winter and the effect is most impressive.
