He is very knowledgeable and reliable. He is busy on another phone call. He obviously can't drop everything to come, but I have never not had him respond even when he has been out of the state at a medical conference. He had called me and suggested who I should call which I think is rather outstanding. I have never heard anything locally negative about him. He had a wide range of experience and he is just good. He is doing what a large animal vet should do if my animals are in the field he goes out to the field with me.
I would continue to use them.
