I needed the timer knob changed on my dryer. My total charge was $263 & I was given an extra knob. I think that was a little pricey just to change the knob

My ice maker needed to be repaired, so they were responsive, showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, got the part quickly and was able to fix it the next. My daughter said he was very nice while he was working. He communicated very well the entire process, without me reaching out to him, he was the one reaching out to me. I would use him again!
