It was a seamless transaction.

I brought my car to J and S because the back window wouldn't stay up and it was very cold. I explained to the owner what was going on and he stopped what he was doing and took a look at it. He couldn't get to it that day because a part had to be ordered but he took the time to fix it so that the window would stay up. J and S does excellent work and they are very sensitive to your needs for your car. I have other family members that take their cars there whenever work is needed because they get excellent service. I highly recommend J and S Automotive in Nashville.

The mechanics are honest. They will not try to add extra charges for things you do not need.

We already knew a basic problem from another mechanic. We did not know whether the motor had been affected or not. We took it to J and S. Our estimate had been close to 2000 without taking the motor into consideration. At J and S he was able to find that our motor was damaged. The estimate to completely fix it would be 800 dollars less. We decided not to fix the car on his recommendation. We expected the test and time to cost us a couple hundred. We were shocked to find out that he was only charging us 65. He was honest with us and definitely did not overcharge us. We will be using him from now on.
