I was pleased in most instances and when the repair was not effective, they reserviced the vehicle until is was satisfactory.
"The BBB called our business this past week, and stated that they have NEVER had a complaint about our business since we started,our business in 1979. We feel that is a great record. I know people can put on the internet any thing that they like to say, but each story has two sides. After several phone calls and the language that this gentleman was using toward the lady in the office maybe she just have enough. I know that this was put on this site about 3 years ago, but when we got the call from the BBB, it made me think that they are always to side to every story. We care for each and every customer that we have, and try to do our best to please all of our customers. Without out our customers we would not have been in business for the past 30 plus years, and we thank you all"
