We purchased a Certified Pre-Owner Kia Sorento from another dealer out of state. Turns out that other Kia Dealer wasn't doing the oil changes we were paying for. I had taken it in to that other dealer for a banging sound in the motor but was told it was nothing. Fortunately when we moved to Murphy, NC I took the Kia in to be checked out. They quickly pointed out that the original factory filter was still on the car and that the banging was serious engine damage. Fortunately I had kept the other kia dealer's service receipts. The Lifetime Kia Service manager immediately took it upon himself to appologize for the other dealers behavior, contact the factory, arrange a new engine to be delivered and installed. I really appreciated his professionalism and proactive approach during what could have been a real heart breaking moment.

They called when all the parts arrived. They took my car and returned it in the time promised. Cindy in the service department is courteous and knowledgeable. I take my car there for all service and highly recommend them.

they completed the work within 3 hours. Drove me home and brought the car back to us when work was completed.They were very knowledgeable in what they fixed and gave suggestions on things we could do to help in gas mileage.

They were quick to get me in. Which was a plus. However, they would not rotate the tires. Their reason was that all lugnuts were stripped. Upon inspection later, that was not true. All lugnuts were tight and in normal condition for their age. I think they just did not want to work on the vehicle for only the cost of the rotation. I'm not impressed with their customer service.
