TERRIBLE!! On this last chance to fix a washing machine for me they took over a week and a half to get the part they said we needed. Before arriving the washing machine had power but it was giving us an error code. After they left the washing machine will not even turn on, NO POWER! The man that came to fix it said that his brother knows more about these things than he does but he is not available today, he's in another city. He took the new part and left and told my wife that they'd have to call us about finishing the repair. WE HAVE ALREADY PAID THEM OVER $300 for the repair and $50 for the service call and the washing machine will not even turn on now!!

Ist visit needed a new propeller 2nd visit needed a new motor 3rd visit we need to take it to the shop When they went to disconnect it they found a small plastic foot (from a non-skid drain board) He said that they should have looked for that on the first visit. This covered the drain and prevented the machine from working. I did not tell him that he was the first person Paid for a new propeller and a new motor

The tech. showed up late, and basically tore the refrigerator up, broken plastic where he was prying with a screw driver that I had to supply along with my hair dryer. Did not even come out with the tools needed for the job. He couldn't get the back cover of f of the inside the refrigerator, told me it was frozen to the back. So he guessed at what parts were needed ($200.00). he called on my personal cell phone to the office to find out availability of the parts and told me it would be a month before they could have the parts. Then told me I had to pay a $50.00 service call, I wrote him a check and sat there wondering what I paid for because the refrigerator was covered in black finger prints inside and out, broken pieces of plastic inside from prying at back panel, did not even put the shelves back in. I manage 2 Business (HVAC & Plumbing) and my guys would never do something like this. They would be written up. So when I called the office the following morning I spoke with Sherry she didn't seem to concerned about condition the refrigerator was left in and did not want to give me a discount. Just wanted to argue about the situation and didn't have an answer for me just wanted to send someone else back out. This refrigerator was a $2300.00 and only 7 years old. Which I'm not to happy with G.E. either. SO AFTER HE LEFT I WAS ABLE TO SQUEEZE MY HAND UP IN THE BACK PANEL THAT HE WAS TRYING TO GET OFF AND DID NOT FEEL ANY ICE. I honestly believe he did not know what he was doing, he was a very young man. So here I sit with $50.00 out of my pocket and no parts for a month. I was told to put my groceries out on the porch, that it was cold enough and they would be okay. W**? So after he left I put the refrigerator back together and pit my groceries back in. I would NEVER call this business to work on anything.... VERY DISSAPOINTED!!! I have called GE and I have the parts coming, I will fix the d*** thing my self, I have also stopped payment on my check.

Eric was very professional. He made the time to come out the same day I called although they have a very busy schedule. Even though he knew what he was doing, there was one step I wanted him to make just to make me happy and he was more than willing to do that. He made out the bill and left it with me and I was able to call his office and give my credit card info to Sherri in the office to pay for the call. I was very pleased with the service I got. He was only here less than 30 mins and their call out charge was only $45, then he only charged me $20 for his repair/labor charge. I highly recommend this company to anyone that needs large appliance repair. They have a christian attitude and I liked that a lot.

The technician came after calling the house to let me know he was coming. He was courteous and addressed the problem. The transmission was leaking oil and needed replacing. We determined what the cost to repair would be and decided to purchase a new washing machine. My wife and I went to their shop and chose a rebuilt model at a cost of 350.00. We were given a credit of 45.00 from the callout repair bill. We are also given a 90 day guarantee. They called and came promptly the next day to install the new washer. I recommend their service.

They were very nice, clean, professional, and reasonably priced. They were very thorough I felt like they were extremely honest and didn't try and hit me with unnecessary fees. Also, they were very punctual.
