They will do whatever they can to rip you off. Don't expect to get your deposit back when you move out. It doesn't matter how much better shape the property is when you move out they will find something. Also good luck getting someone to call you back. They had a really good agent untill about 8 months ago who retired and now the one they have is little more than a crook. There are plenty of good rental companies in the area to use. I strongly recommend never calling ERA.
