and offered several options for our consideration. We contracted with Elliott's because of
their price, unit reliability and their willingness to work with us given our circumstances.
Elliott's proved punctual, courteous, professional and maintained a clean worksite.
We made a call to Elliot's Heating and Cooling on Friday and received a voice mail saying due to the unusual heat wave we were having at the time, return calls may take a little longer for non-customers.
We made a second call on Monday and spoke to the lady who was taking care of scheduling (don't remember her name). She told us someone would be out the next day between 10 and 12. The technician arrived a few minutes before 10 (which is unusal for this rural area).
The technician looked at the unit and said he would have to go get some materials to fix the broken PVC pipe. He left and came back about 45 minutes later with the necessary materials. He fixed the pipe in just a few minutes and then proceeded to check out the entire system. He cleaned the coils and added one pound of freon. He turned the system on and checked the temperature and air flow of all the interior vents. Everything appeared to be working properly and he wrote out the ticket for the repair and service.
The cost was only 110.00, which we thought was very reasonable for the services performed.
We would use this company again and would recommend them based on our experience.
