We had a great experience with the JC Deck crew from start to finish. Josh listened to my design ideas and built us our dream deck. Their cuts and finish work were meticulous. Our pitch roof and slant roof combination turned out perfect, along with our custom kitchen and fireplace. JC Decks had great communication and completed the work faster than anticipated. We will continue to refer this company to anyone looking for a deck addition and hope that we will work with them again at our next home. Thanks Josh and team!!

Awesome. They were able to get the deck done fast and it looks wonderful! They are great to work with and true to their words with everything they committed to. We had had a bad experience with a deck builder and were very distrustful of everyone. But they have restored our faith in contractors. Highly recommend!

The project went wonderfully. With many other summer jobs and changing weather conditions, the start date was adjusted as needed. However, once the work began it was clear that we were a top priority and the care given to the project was very professional. The locking gate added was not even custom but from the source for the railing and a perfect match. We would have them do future projects for us as well as recommend them to others.

I would highly recommend this contractor for deck work. In addition o the usual expected service (courteous, professional, timely, communicative, etc.), I would comment on the specific performance tributes which impressed me. I, in my younger and more agile days, also performed tasks like this, so I have an appreciation for the service they provided, most notably: 1) It is impossible to perform a large deck build without some destruction of your yard. They worked hard to minimize the destruction by hand carrying materials and avoid dead grass patches and were successful. 2) Minor changes to the plan did not generate the hated response, "Yes we can, but it will cost you more." 3) Half way through with the project, they noticed a slight defect in some of the composite material and immediately set about correcting the problem.......removing and replacing the faulty planks, sorting through the unused planks, and securing replacements in a timely fashion which did not delay the completion of he job timing. 4) The quality of their "fits" was excellent. 5) They kept control of all debris and removed it in a timely fashion, leaving no misc. mess for me to clean up. These guys are professionals you can trust!

We had 4 quotes and JC deck was the most reasonable and knowledgeable. Best decision we made. They finished the project earlier than expected and super professional. The deck looks amazing. Can’t thank them enough for the fantastic job they did. We highly recommend them!! Major plus they are family owned and operated!!

It took him over a month to get to doing the job. The screen looks good but the door is not functioning properly. It won't close and open right. It is sagging down and dragging on the concrete. I called them about 8 times and they will not return my calls. I regret hiring this company and I would never hire them again.

"[Member Name Removed], I am sorry to hear that you’re not satisfied with the work completed on your home. The job took 2 days to complete, not a month. The job consisted of three screen sections and a door. The screen eze was on back order and we could not receive it for about a week. We did take $250 off the price to try and make up for the delay. We talked to Mr [Member Name Removed] around 2 to 3 weeks ago and discussed that we will replace the door. Unfortunately, with the given situation we and the community are in currently, we are incredibly busy and behind as of right now. We are experiencing higher than normal demand. We did explain how we will get out to replace the door, but we need some time. We are a small family owned company consisting of 4 people, therefore, we can not get to everyone at once. I do have two calls from you from yesterday and today, which I planned to return as soon as I could. I do not have 8 missed calls however. We do not make the doors, therefore we can not guarantee them. That would be something for the manufacturers warranty. Again, we were willing to replace the door at no charge for you. I do want to also mention that we came back the next Monday after the job was complete to secure the door more, because you were not satisfied with how the door closed."

JCDecks was great - they gave me an accurate assessment of the old deck's structural integrity, strengthened it where needed; replaced old decking with new and installed metal railing for a very reasonable price. The quality of the work performed is much better than the original deck - structural and appearance flaws in the original deck were fixed and the quality of the carpentry work is excellent. Job completed on time, within budget, could not be happier.

I simply cannot say enough about the positive experience we had working with JC Decks & More. They were courteous, professional, and punctual from the word go. Their estimate was well within our budget, and the project was completed much more quickly and efficiently than we expected. 25 year old deck was refurbished within estimate, that included some structural repair to correct original construction issues. Work was performed on schedule and quality of work was excellent. The work performed corrected problems from the original construction that had lead to the deck boards sagging over its 25 year life. Very professional with excellent quality work.

The father & son's team @ JC Decks did an EXCELLENT job for us in a reasonable time frame. They are professional and perhaps more importantly, they are friendly and personable. We had them replace our 17 year old deck with new Azek/TimberTech PVC synthetic decking as well as their Premier railing system and Feeney cable infill. These are not common components but this team was able to adapt and the result is nothing short of amazing! We are very pleased with their work and would DEFINITELY use these guys for any deck projects.

These guys are awesome! I’ve been wanting a new deck on my home, but several times that I have called contractors they would schedule an appointment and not show up, then one time he showed up and gave me a quote that was absolutely ridiculous, it made me feel like I was being taken advantage of because he assumed that I was a single mom. A friend of a friend referred me to Mr. Bob, he came when he said he was, and gave me a price that was good, plus I seen the work that was done at another home and I was impressed. These guys did exactly what they said and I had no surprises, and the quality is excellent.

JC Decks and More built a front porch with a pergola roof along with a 12’x16’ shed. They were on location as scheduled and worked as long as the weather would allow them. They kept me updated with progress, pulled all needed permits, scheduled inspections, and ask questions before and during to ensure we were on the same page. A great family owned / operated company that exceeds expectations. I have more work to be completed and I won’t be searching for other quotes. They are now my goto for any updates or repairs.
