1- My appointment was for 8:00AM 2- Proprietor didn't show up until 8:30AM 3- Left vehicle returned home. 4- Was called at about noon and was told vehicle was ready. 5- I returned at about 1:00PM, paid and was told there would be some bubbles and wrinkled in the film and not to wash car or operate the windows for 3-4 day and the bubbles and wrinkles would go away. 6- After getting in vehicle it appeared the windows were very dirty and had streaks but I returned home and parked vehicle in the sun to help facilitate the drying process and did not use vehicle until day five. 7- On day five I checked the windows and most bubbles and creases (not all) had gone. 8- The dirty windows was from the inside. I also notices streaks down the outside of all four doors and the inside door panels on all four doors. I took a damp rag to wipe the streaks off and it just lathered up (SOAP SUDS). Heavy concentrated soap was all over my new vehicle inside and out. The outside cleaned up easily but the inside is still messed up. Every day I wipe the inside door panels off with a damp rag and I still get soap suds. I've had numerous vehicles tinted (8) and never had the my vehicles, even remotely, left in this condition. .
