OLDS AUTO SUPPLY & SVC

I took the car in to have the starter replaced.  I got the usual 'You don't know what is wrong!  We have to test it first!'  I told employee at the counter, it was the starter and I didn't want the test.  Just replace the starter for me.   I went home to waite for the call  saying the car was ready to be picked up.  Two hours later, the mechanic called and said he tested the starter and I needed a new one.  I told him I knew that and wanted to know if it was replaced.  He said no.  He just finished testing it.  It took another 2 hours for the call to come in saying the car was ready.   EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!  I took a car or truck in to this company I had to have unnecessary tests done just to prove the car or truck needed the part I requested to be replace.   EVERYTIME!!!!!!!!        I am not the usual female or customer.  I take my car or truck to a repair shop because I have trouble braking the bolts lose and I hate old engine oil underneath my fingernails.  I could rebuild a starter, carborator and replace engine parts by the age of 10 (1960"s).    I don't need people telling me I don't know when a starter is going bad.  I don't need tests.  I just need a starter or part replaced when I ask for it.   I have stopped using this company due to constantly being told I don't know what is wrong with my car or truck.
