The guys were great! They found the problem and were able to fix it in a cou[le of hours, which included some digging in the cold. It was a tricky situation involving roots and the drain to the septic. They spliced in a new piece of pipe, cut the root and we were good to go. Very reasonable and very nice gentlemen. I definitely would recommend them, and would use them again should I have another problem.

They called right away and even came early for the appointment saved me money had another company and they did not fix the problem. Coastal found the problem and fixed it within one hour.

Called Ricky on a Friday afternoon, not expecting to have him come out until the following week, but he offered to come the next morning. He showed up on-time, even slightly early, very refreshing! He was knowledgable about our problem and had it fixed in no time. Our shower only had extremely hot water. He discovered the problem quickly and had it fixed in no time. He also took the time to explain the problem and what he had to do to fix it in case we ran into this problem again. His service and time cost $90. We very happily paid, and will hire him again should any other problems arise!

The Ricky returned my call ASAP very knowledgeable on what he was doing when installing or shower unit and door did work in a very professional manner didn't take very long and he did the work the same day he looked at the job thas needed to be done.
