Description of Work: Close in carport, 14x26 ft. Framed existing carport for exterior /interior walls such as my house is. Concrete floor and new drive. Installed a metal entrance door with handle and deadbolt locks. Installed garage door and opener. Vinyl on the outside. Insulated walls and attic. Vinyl ceiling. Three shop lights. Plenty of 110v receptacles. Two outside lamps.

+ 1 moreWow what an awesome job. Tim (owner) came through and gave me an estimate (one of three). He was also the only one who from the start discussed getting necessary permits. He had his electrician and plumber come in and verify that the remodel COULD be done within code in the limited space I had available. The job took about 2 weeks and included 2 visits from 3 separate inspectors (electrical/mechanical, plumbing, general/overall). He was able to accommodate a couple of extra changes (venting the original full bathroom fan outside and added flooring to the kitchen and laundry room. This is a beautiful job.
