Tarheel Stump Removal and Lawn Service

Rickey was the ultimate vendor for grinding down a stump. I was impressed with his reliable follow-up while we waited to get the service approved by our HOA. The power lines were entwined with the roots and he ground the stump safely just below ground level. We couldn't have been more pleased with his professionalism, his service and the results.

Rickey is great! He came out and gave me a quote for grinding down just the main stumps I needed done around the driveway, and another quote for all the stumps in the front and back. I hired him to do all the stumps. He came out on the day he said he would, got all the stumps but one (it was hidden under construction materials), and blew off the driveway when done. Before he left, he said to let him know if I found that he missed any and he would come back and get it at no further charge since we had agreed on all. True to his word, when I let him know that there is still one stump, he said he would be back out to get it. Heâ s coming tomorrow but I decided to go ahead and write this review today because I am very impressed by his work so far and have no doubt that he will be here tomorrow to grind the one stump he missed by no fault of his own. I will definitely use his services again and would recommend him to anyone needing stump grinding; whether itâ s just 1 stump or over 20.

Rickey was GREAT!! He came on time, great communication for our appointment. We had 6 stumps, a couple of large stumps with big, thick roots and he took care of them with no trouble! His estimate was reasonable and he had his equipment with him -- he squeezed us in between appointments. He was efficient and considerate of the direction the chips were going, then used a blower to clean off our porch. I can't say enough good things about his service!!
