I paid cash to Ryan and never received an invoice. He told me when I paid him to call the office for one. Two phone messages over a six week period and still nothing. The property was under contract, the need was immediate and Ryan performed as requested. Odd outcome but I'm missing out on a 300.00 reportable expense against the proceeds from the sale of the house.
