I had three plumbers come over. I think I got hold of the plumbers through Angie's list and nobody was forthright as far as the installation of the new hot water heater, nobody was forthright about actually having to have a license or that the plumbers that they sent out are not licensed plumbers, only the company they work for carry the license, and none of them were forthright that I had to have a permit by the city of Charlotte because it included natural gas. Anthony was terrific,he shared everything with me upfront. He followed through on the permitting. The city of Charlotte came out and inspected his work.
