The company was suggested by my general contractor. There was a neo-angle corner shower unit in place. The company rep measured before demolition (against advice of g.c). After demo, a vent stack pipe was discovered at the bottom of the back angle of the old unit, projecting out from both walls. This required modification (solved by building a bench to step the wall out around the pipe). When rep remeasured, I specifically explained that I wanted the walls to project out beyond the shower pan and we discussed the extra width in detail (see photos). On install day, panels delivered were standard for 48 inch pan. On second install attempt, the installers over-trimmed them, requiring coving in the corners as joints were too wide for caulk. Appointments were scheduled and canceled several times by the company. One installer (nice enough guy) clearly had "Monday morning" issues so I requested a different individual for the final cove install, but got the same fellow. Caulk job average.
