CAROLINA CABINETRY

A short time later the paint on some of the doors began peeling.  When we called he said he'd replace those doors, although it took about 8 months to received them. 

A week later the doors in the bathroom began peeling.  This happened 3 times.  We must say that he always agreed to replace the doors with no question. 

Later, different doors in the kitchen began peeling. 

At this point I asked him to come and look at the doors, and I told him that I wanted all the doors replaced due to the continuing peeling problems.  He said he was going to replace them with a different brand of doors.  The new doors had the same look and feel as the previous doors and we were happy with them. 

After they sent the doors back to the factory he told us that the factory said it was our fault that the paint had peeled, as we had allowed them to get wet.   The thing is that he saw these doors were going in a kitchen and bathroom, and he should have understood that water can be splashed on doors under sinks.  We did wipe the water off when we knew it was there. At this point he told they would not replace any more doors.  

This job was done as a side job which caused problems. The work has taken a very long time and is still incomplete. The company has since fired the subcontractor; however, we are still in contact with him. He has been finishing the work for us. I am not pleased with these services. I will never use this company again.
