They provided the complete real-estate listing and sale services.  Provided assistance in staging and photographing the property.  Assisted in setting the correct price, then arranging the showings.  We listed on Wednesday night, took calls Thursday, showed the house 3 times on Friday, took two offers that night, picked one and signed the next AM - closed 30 days later.

My husband and I started our home search in December and found a house by February.  While I did much of the researching of the properties, she was always good about lining-up every single requested property. Meg understood that I wanted to be the driver of the search, and she was happy to steer us when needed!  When we finally found THE ONE, she was so reliable, organized and quick to answer our every question about the home buying process (being that we were first timers).  She was very good at explaining the process and staying abreast  (and keeping us abreast) of all the mountains of paperwork! Meg stayed in very good communication with us throughout the contract negotiation, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience!
