Horrible. My dad called Mark to have someone come take a look at the roof (installed by Zimmerman) since there was a leak into the attic down to the room. Mark sent someone out and the guy patched it up stating that it should be good but will need to replace the cap on the chimney. We asked for the estimate and was given an estimate. The patch work was also paid for and there was a warranty if the leak was to occur again as stated on the invoice. My dad called Mark again and he sent the guy back out and he used some epoxy on the inside to patch up the leak. But here’s the catch there was another charge (BE AWARE, DONT BE FOOLED BY THE WARRANTY WRITTEN ON INVOICE!! It doesn’t exist). My dad ended up paying the guy again for work that should have been done right the first time. Since then the roof has been leaking again and my dad has left several voicemails and followed up with texts to Mark, however he has not returned his calls nor respond to his texts. I have always used Zimmerman for roofing needs however the service is no longer there. They are only in it for the money. Please think twice before choosing them for your next roofing repair or a new roof install.

Mark and team were great.  He was super responsive and came out when he said he would.  He took care of all of the repairs quickly and reasonably.  We were in a time crunch and Mark was able to exceed the timeframe we needed the work done in.  I will definitely look to use Right Way Exterior Solutions again and have already recommended them several times.  Thanks!

There was a lot of back-and-forth via email coordinating a time for them to come out, but that was OK. I was not necessarily in a desperate situation. Two days and they were in and out, and the work was done. Best I can tell (from a layman's point of view), it looks good, and everything appears to be functional. The only thing they could have done better was ensure that all loose nails and screws were picked up after the work was complete. So far, I've found a handful of nails and screws, which could have wound up in someone's shoe or bare foot, or punctured the tire on a riding mower. Fortunately, nothing like that has happened so far. I just wish they had used some big magnet or something to find all the loose hardware (I hope I found everything they overlooked).

Mr. Zimmerman's quote for the job was 500.00-700.00 if the job required replacing the wood and the gutter. When the two workers arrived several weeks later to complete the work, they found that no new materials were needed. They completed the simple repair in less than an hour. I was later quite shocked and disappointed when Mr. Zimmerman charged me $540.00 for the work. When I questioned him, he became frustrated and told me I didn't understand that I was paying for expertise. I felt it took little expertise to just put the gutter and wood back together without designing or building anything new. His "expertise" ended up costing me $10.00 per minute! The work seems fine-the repair was very simple. I would not use this company again because they do not charge fairly for the job done. No one's expertise should cost this much.

We got back from vacation and saw that half of the items we had in our storage area were waterlogged and ruined.  There seemed to be leaks on two portions of the roof.  The storage area is one story, the rest of the house is two story.  I wrote down names and numbers of 4 roofing providers on Angie's List and started calling.  At the first place I called, the woman told me she would have the roofer call me about if he could provide a free estimate.  Another place made an appointment for me in two days for the fellow to come by to look at the roof.  Two other places I left messages.  Less than 15 minutes after my first call, the roofer, Mark, called me.  He said he was in the area, could he come by to look at it now.  Sure.  He was there in a few minutes.  I asked about the free estimate: yes, but their minimum work order is $200.  I asked about the 10% coupon for Angie's List; with a minimum $500 repair.  Okay.  He looked at the area of the worst leak.  The gutter was full, a leafy tree branch was in the gutter, and some shingles were missing.  He pruned the tree and got the leaves out of the gutter.  Luckily, due to my lack of landscaping, the fallen shingles were still on the ground.  He got on the roof and replaced the shingles.  On his way down he cleaned out the gutter.  Then he looked at the other part that leaked.  There was an obvious loose shingle there.  There also was an overloaded gutter.  He replaced the shingle.  He cleaned the gutter, and said that the gutter would probably need to be reset or replaced.  His estimate on that was $800 or so for the two feet of gutter area.  He said that part of the roof was getting old and might need replacing soon.  He was done in about an hour and charged me the minimum $200. he had quoted.  I definitely would call Mark if/when it is time for me to have that work done.   Note:  The gutters had supposedly just been cleaned by a company on Angie's List.  After I wrote a good review for them, I noticed these two parts of the house that they had not bothered to clean.  That is why I waited this time until after we had a good soaking rain, and the roof does not leak!

Purchased a deal. They cleaned gutter, but when I refused additional recommended service, they were a little huffy, and left piles of pine straw on roof just above the gutter they cleaned. So, 'technically, they did the job, but the overall experience was not great.

Mark came out and professionally accomplished the job. He charged a fair price for the time and materials on this small repair job and I couldn't be happier with his work. I would definitely use him again for not only repairs but bigger projects as well.

We had a significant leak on our porch.  Mark came out quickly and gave us the estimate.  He was able to start work woon after and completed the job in a couple days.  Mark and his crew were very good.  They worked hard, treated us well and cleaned up everything.  Very good expereince.

They came out as scheduled and cleaned the gutters but left a good bit of what came out of the gutters around the outside of the house. Mark did contact me about some repairs they noticed that were needed and asked if I'd be interested in an estimate, which I was. He provided the estimate and even included photos.

Called and set up a time. He arrived on time. A helper got on the roof with a blower and cleared the gutters and downspouts and inspected the roof. No problems found. I showed him a downspout that needed repair. We agreed on an additional price for that additional service and he did a very good job with the repair. I provided materials. He also tacked down a piece of siding on the peak of the garage that was loose for no extra charge.  I was pleased with the service and would use him again. He was very easy to work with.

Zimmerman Enterprises did not contact me in a timely manner, when I paid for their service via Angie's List. After a week and two phone messages, they sent me an email saying they were behind and would call me soon. I waited another week and then called them. I reached the owner, who said he would have his son call me back and schedule service. I told him then and sent a note, explaining that I needed service as soon as possible, and preferred it before Xmas...or if that was not possible, then between Xmas and New Year's day. The son didn't even call back. I called again on 1/2/14 & 1/3/14 and finally reached someone on 1/6/14, who stated that they must have forgotten me and though I urged them to come out right away...on a priority basis, as I knew storms were forecast for the end of the week, and I had full gutters, they declined to schedule an early service date. The appt. was scheduled for 10:00 am on Monday, 1/13/2014. On Friday, 1/10/14 there was a storm with heavy rain and high winds. Water started pouring into the living room of my home from the edge of the ceiling and outer wall. There were two days of heavy rain and the resulting damage has been extensive; cracking the living room wall and fireplace detail, saturating the drywall, staining the ceiling, trim and wall, and damaging the electrical outlet on the same wall. The Traveller's Insurance adjuster and the roofing specialist that accompanied him to inspect the damage, found the only cause for the damage was the overfilled gutter in that area. The adjuster and roof specialist both stated the roof was in great shape, w/20 years left on a 30 year roof. They found no other defects that would cause this damage. They took extensive photos of the roof and gutter, proving this. Zimmerman's son came out to clean the gutter, just as the adjuster was finishing his assessment inspection. I informed him of the damage resulting from the delay in servicing the gutter.

|The resulting repair work and repainting of the open and vaulted interior of my home, will cost almost $5000.00. I have to pay a $500.00 deductible and may have a substantial increase to my insurance premium. This is the first claim I have ever had to file on my 10 year old home. If Zimmerman had scheduled service promptly, and in a timely manner, as promised by Angie's List, when I paid for the service, this would not have happened! The owner's son acknowledged there had been a problem, and then stated his father had been ill and scheduling had been a problem, and with the Angie's List Special, there was a higher demand for service then normal. He did offer to give me a 10% discount if I contracted with his service to install gutter covers, in compensation for the damage. There was no other offer for restitution of damage.  There has been no apology or any other contact with me following this incident. There was not even an offer to refund the fee to clean the gutters. The gutter cleaning seems to be ok...but the delay has been very costly and I would not recommend this company under these circumstances. Good business practice would have been to take responsibility for the negligence and very slow scheduling of service, and provide restitution for my out of pocket damages, at least! I was trying to be proactive...scheduling for gutter service just after the trees around my home had shed their leaves. I also think Angie's List should advocate w/Zimmerman on my behalf, since there is a contractual promise to contact me quickly and within 48 hrs or less.

They cleaned out the gutters as expected. I purchased on 1/2 and got a message that they would contact me soon. I had to send a message on the 10th to remind them and they showed up on the 15th.
Other than not being punctual, they dumped all the leafs out on the ground next to the house. They did blow off the back patio, sidewalk. They were courteous and professional.
All in all, they did what was expected but not much more.

I purchased this deal for a rental property.  I received contact quickly through an Angie's list message, and the message requested I call them to schedule because there was no phone number on the original order.  I called immediately and seemed to catch the owner off-guard.  He knew of my order and talked through what we needed, but said that he would have to call me back to schedule the service.  He called me back the following day and we scheduled the service for 2 weeks out.  On the day of the appointment, the technician got there a little early and was a little confused when my tenant answered the door, but quickly called me to resolve the confusion.  The service was performed and I have no complaints.  I didn't receive any follow-up call from them or notification from my tenant, so I'm assuming there were no problems.

Great! Mark had to cancel one time because of the weather, however, he came out on-time as promised and did an awesome job cleaning out our gutters. Highly recommend.
