RDS Lawn Care Services is a full service lawn care company. Our staff is available to answer your call Monday - Friday from 9-6. Our goal is to give you an estimate in 24 hours or less. If you call our office after business hours our after hours answering service will take your call and send all of our managers an email with your request so that we can handle it during the next business day. RDS has always been very prompt and professional. We recognize some of the same technicians each year and all of them appear to be dedicated to satisfying customers and addressing any problems. We've had several issues with our very old irrigation system and they have always been able to fix the problems.
We left a large nationwide lawn service several years ago and went with RDS - - - and our yard has never looked better.
RDS is the BEST! I GOT SICK OF TAKING CARE OF MY YARD TO KEEP THE WEEDS OUT. I wanted a lush and green yard and this service has done this for me going on 3 years now. I get comments on my yard very often and I tell them about RDS Lawncare. If I ever need or want anything extra done to my yard, they are happy to help. I highly recommend this service. I find him to be knowledgeable and confident enough to push back on requests that Aaron believes won't be helpful or unnecessary. Their prices are fair and they communicate well, especially when the schedule is delayed due to too much rain.

"I am sorry that you feel we left you hanging. Certainly, this was not our goal. Unfortunately, when we audited the mowing routes we found that our crews were driving too far to mow your lawn. Residential mowing routes have to be very dense in order to provide a fair price and compete in a very competitive market and we did not have enough business around your home to continue to offer service. Since we didn't make you sign a contract we do reserve the right to cancel at any time. We have very firm mowing routes at this time and our sales staff knows where we can sell mowing and more importantly where we can't. Again, I am sorry that you feel that we left you hanging. Our policy has always been to give at least a two week notice if and when we cancel service and we have extended this time in the past if more time was needed to find a replacement. "Our company did make the difficult decision to cancel our service with [member name removed]. [Member name removed] was a great customer for us however, the area she lived in did not produce more customers for our company during the past year. She became our customer on 6/12/13. On 5/21/14 we sent her an email notifying her of our intensions to cancel her service and letting her know that we would give her two more visits. After a phone conversation with [member name removed] I agreed to cut her lawn until she found another company. I asked her to let me know when she found another company and we would stop her service at that time. During our third visit to her property, after our cancelation noticed, our crews noticed that another company had cut her lawn and that [member name removed] had found another company. We stand behind our decision and feel that our upfront notifications and our willingness to extend our work with [member name removed] show that our company is professional. Last year I contracted RDS Lawn Service to redo the landscaping around my house. They were very good in the work they performed and arrived on the day they had scheduled and completed all the work. Their estimate was fair and the final amount was as agreed.
Following my original contact with RDS, I decided to change from my prior weekly lawn service provider to RDS. Their weekly rate is very reasonable, and the lawn always has a professional look when they are finished. The only bad mark I would give is that the workers often spray cut grass on the mulch around the trees, but their staff has always been very nice and do great work.
I did rate RDS with a B in Responsiveness and Punctuality. When they completed the landscaping last October, I asked and they gave me an estimate on exterior lighting. I informed them I would like to wait until closer to Spring to install the lighting. When I contacting them in Spring, it was some time before they were able to provide me with any information, and then they stated they were no longer installing lighting for homes and did give me a referral to another company.
Overall, I am very pleased with the services provided by RDS and would recommend them to any one.
