We had a clear understanding that this was "busy season" and we had to wait five weeks to start the project. However, after two unsuccessful attempts to start the work, we decided not to proceed with the service. We had a no show on the first day when the work was to start. The reason for the no show was, "they were behind schedule and that we were not on the calendar for that week." We were then given another date for the following week with a commitment if for any reason there should be any changes to the schedule we would be notified prior. Once again, a no show. For reasons, staff forgot to call to notify us that there has been a change with the schedule. After expressing that we have been more than patient throughout the whole process and had taken time off work for each time we were given a start date, the office didn't seem to care that this was an ongoing occurrence and offered what seemed an unsympathetic apology. It was clear the need for business was not of an importance and the value of customer service was not a priority. It was was in our best interest to not proceed with their service and to look for another company.
