Terry Gortney was extremely thorough in spite of the very rainy weather. He also rushed the results through the system and caused him to have to work until 1 or 2 am to get everything to the labs, etc. He was very patient and took the time to explain the issues. He also provided a list of contractors that he had vetted that could make the needed repairs.
