We usually get the company who originally installed our door to do our repairs, but since they wouldn't be able to do our repair until a week later, we decided we wanted to try and find someone who could fix it sooner. After reading the positive reviews, I gave Garage Door Pros a call. Cody came out the same day I called. Our garage door was not a standard size, so they had to special order our spring. He was still able to get the door fixed the next day. He also recommended that the rollers and center bearings be replaced. They provide a lifetime warranty on parts and labor too. All of this at about the same price as the other company was going to charge me for just replacing the spring and no warranty. They had the door repaired in just over an hour and it is working great. Cody was also very good about calling when he was on his way and he was always on time. I would highly recommend Garage Door Pros. It was a very positive experience.

Great service. Springs broke on garage door. They worked me in the same morning that I called. Cody, the owner, and his associate replaced the springs and rollers. He charged (less than $300) what my research found to be the going rate for this service; with a guarantee and No service contract required. Cody is located in Mount Holly NC. I told them the type of door that I had (aluminum double) when I called. It took them about an hour to complete the work (they had everything needed with them). Some folks are handy enough to buy the springs and rollers and do the replacement themselves. That is not true for me. Also there might be some "pros" who charge a little less. But Cody demonstrated his knowledge and experience while doing the service here. He looks young enough to be in business a long time, so if there are issues, I can call him. (Be careful, many of the adds you see are just call centers sub-contracting work and the service tech might not be that qualified, or as committed as a business Owner would be). When the budget allows, I'll have Cody back to install a Wi-Fi opener (to save that trip around the block to confirm I actually closed the garage door. :/ . . . senior moments.

We had issues getting our previous guy to come back who was supposed to bring a new circuit board out. We have had continuous problems with our garage door working with this guy. We called Garage Door Pros and Cody came and looked at everything gave us a price on a new board, motor, rollers and did some adjustments to our garage door and we could not believe the difference! Of course we had to call him back a week later on a Sunday when we couldn't get the garage door open to replace a broken spring (from previous guy). Cody was nice enough to come over and help us get the door open to get our cars out of the garage Sunday evening and return Monday morning to replace the springs.

Heard a loud bang in the garage and went to check to see what it was and couldn't find anything so I tried to open my garage door and it wouldn't open but about 2 ft then come back down so the loud bang was the spring that broke..I called garage door pros at 5:30pm expecting to get it fixed next day but to my surprise they said they could come same day...so about a hour later Cody showed up inspected the door for any other issues and noticed 2 rollers were broke he fixed the springs and put new quiet rollers in and my door has not been this quiet since I purchased the home 12 years ago...will recommend them great quality service at a great price

The experience was great! They answered when I called and were very friendly. They came out same day and had me back up and going.would definitely use again!
