After 2 other contractors didn't call us back, First Choice was a breath of fresh air. Crystal (sp) called me back within minutes to schedule the job for the next day, and throughout that day, she kept in touch with me to let me know the tech's estimated timing. While he was later than we originally discussed, the fact that Crystal kept me in the loop about the timing outweighs any dings I would normally give on this issue. I even started to worry that he wouldn't make it by 5pm (First Choice's office hours), but Crystal told me that he would make it to us regardless of the timing. These guys don't just work by the clock;they make sure that they take care of their customer, and I really appreciate that!!

One guy runs the business. He was very prompt. He called us back within 15-20 minutes. He set up an appointment really quick. We were really pleased. If I have any more plumbing problems he will be the one I call.
