We sub contract some of labor depending on what scope of work is needed. Most of our sub contractors have been with this company since we started in 1995. There is no initial charge for an appointment, depending on type of work if an estimate is needed there could be an estimate charge for time involved. We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, word of mouth is most of our business & a good reputation has kept us in business since 1995. We can provide many references for just about any scope of work you need done to your existing home or building a new home.
