CAROLINA CUSTOM WINDOWS

I purchased an investment property that had a broken thermopane window. 
It was part of a 3 window set so replacing a whole window would of
involved a major expense.  I removed the window section and took it to
Carolina Custom Windows.  Had it done in less than a day good as new or better.

Love my new window.  Love it.  This was  not an easy window to work with it was original to the house which was built in 1961.  However, just replacing was not going to work without ruining the look of the house.  Carolina Customs came in and replaced every window pane in the window (20 large window panes) at a very reasonable price.  Other Window companies would not come to the house after I sent them a pic of the window and let them know I did not want the look of the window to change.  They were not up to the challenge.  The gentlemen that came to my house were very neat, after they left you could not tell they had been there.  I can't say enough good things about Carolina Custom windows.

Everything went very smoothly. Millie gave us a great price and the guys who installed the door were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. In fact, we were so please we are having four windows replace in October 2014! I would recommend them to everyone!

The business came to my location and gave me a quote. They were much cheaper than any of the other quotes I had received. Their sales person was very professional and personable. A week later, I called them to set up a time to have the work done. I then met with the installer who came and measured again and set up a time for the installation. The installation was done when I was away without any issues. The windows seem of good quality.

They came and took measurements. Window was manufactured. Took about 10 days and they called to put it in. Arrived as scheduled, job was completed in about two hours. They left everything clean and were very professional.

Provider was very friendly and professional. The company makes their own windows and glass so they were able to provide this service at a cost less than other providers in the area that I had quotes from. However, since the company was very busy and had plenty of work, it took several weeks to get the windows replaced after the initial measurement. I would still use this company again since they did a great job overall for a very reasonable price.

They were very personable to deal with when they came out to the house and they measured the window twice. It did take them longer that what they expected to get the glass in which was kind of bit disappointment. And other than that they were good, it was just the delay and putting them in longer than what they have said they would be. They were very quick to get back with me but as far as actually getting the glass in it was a B.

They came out and in one day installed all 12 of my windows, Very good quality, Very Efficient I rec to everyone who wants windows

They were depenable. They did the job very well. We were very satisfied with the outcome.

After trying in vain to have the old windows repaired, a friend suggested that we contact the folks at Carolina Custom Windows.
I went to their offices and met the owner who came the next day and measured the windows and gave us a quote while he was there. By the end of that very week, the windows were made and on that Friday, the workmen had come and installed the windows.
They were nicely made and the lowE glass made the job even better. I could not have been more pleased.

They are very nice. They have done good work and I am happy with my windows.

Things went very smooth. They did what they said they would and were easy to work with and get in touch with. They are located in Belmont and make the windows there in the shop and install them themselves. They are very nice folks. Thanks!
