There has to be a large porch and an awning included in our building but they didn't bring the materials for it, so they had to come back another time which was okay. However, it took them a month later before sending out a different crew, and they came out with the same wrong list of materials, so they're not able to do the job. Every time it was their mistake and they couldn't finish the job, they would put us at the end of the line to put on the work with. So, we finally went and bought the materials needed and had somebody else finish their job. Sometimes it would be like three months before they call to reschedule again and they do not have a phone. Appointments are through a nationwide call center and they don't accept phone calls, they just return phone calls, sometimes. So, they called and said they're going to put us on the list to have somebody come out, and we told them we've already done it ourselves and they were not really happy about it. They said they needed the bill to know the difference in price because we hadn't paid yet, we didn't pay for it except for the 10% or 15% upfront and then we'll pay for it when the work's finished. They charged us with our balance and gave us like less than a month. When it took us a while to get the bill, they called us back and said if we don't have it by the end of the week, they'd turn us into a collection agency, and they did. We were very unhappy because they took months and months, we ordered it in September, it was partially started in October, and we didn't get it finished until we finished it ourselves in April, and they did not gave us any sort of discount for our trouble. So, that was disheartening that they still charged us the full price for everything they did. The quality of work was very poor.
