Terrible steer clear of this outfit. I put a deposit down sixteen months ago and still have nothing. The staff is rude and are liars. I have reported them to the BBB and attorney general. Now I am taking civil action against the person who wrote the contract and took my deposit.

Please don’t use this company. Their drawings show they anchor their buildings to the ground and guarantee their buildings for up to 145mph winds, that’s a category 4 hurricane. In my case, they did not anchor the building, resulting in complete destruction in a tropical storm. They are not refunding me. I have reported them to the appropriate regulatory agencies and attorneys general. Buyer beware!

paid a deposit with delivery promised in two to four months. It has been almost seven months and I still do not have a delivery date. They never answer the phone and do not even return my calls. I have open cases with the BBB and North Carolina Attorney Generals office. If you are having the same problem please alert the authorities so this company can get straightened out.

they took my deposit and never scheduled an installation and not able to pay my deposit back. future customers, stay away from this company, this is a fraud company.

On February 24, 2021 I ordered an overhead cover /garage to be delivered and installed by TNT Carports, Mt Airy NC. I reside in MD. Steve the sales told me that delivery would be in a 4-14 week window and assured me that this would address the steal supply line issues. I have this in an email. The paperwork I signed with the deposits says delivery in a 60 day window. Despite many calls and emails to this company, I cannot find out when to expect installation. They JUST KEEP SAYINY WE DID NOT PROMISE ANY TIME FRAME AND YOU WILL CALL YOU WHEN WE ARE RADY. I made Steve aware that I had a dead line for delivery. This company completely ignores all phone calls. I ask to talk with owners and managers and just get put on hold indefinably. I asked to cancel the order and was told I would not get my money back. I simply ordered a product, paid the deposit, and would now like for my building to be delivered and installed.

They didn’t get back to me in a timely manner. When they did finally get me a quote they never replied to my questions. We were prepared to purchase the barn but they stopped responding for no apparent reason. When I contacted the main office to see if there was another sales person who wanted my business, their response was to send me an email telling me they had removed me from their system. I’m never experience this level of rude customer service. I’m very happy I didn’t purchase their building.

Installers showed up late, then said they had wrong materials. Were supposed to come back the next day at 8:00. Never showed, never called. Called me the next day at work. "we are at your house". Installed quickly and properly. Now a week later it's already starting to rust.

They sent out a good crew that was very professional and did the work in a day. I was very impressed with the finished product.

Very ungood for 3 weeks!!!

There were a couple of things that I was dissatisfied with. They bent one of the pieces on the top of the barn when they were walking around on it so I called them back out to replace it. They did come back but ended up not replacing it and our building continues to leak very badly. I ended up with holding a couple hundred dollars of the payment because the building still leaks and they had not done the job to my satisfaction. They have never come back for their money and I have not contacted them again.

THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT, AND THEIR PUNCTUALITY AND RESPONSIVENESS WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY GOOD PEOPLE.
