I called ProKlean on 10/09/2012 to have the ducts in my parents home cleaned. I spoke to Debbie and explained I am from out of town trying to get this project completed for my parents. She was very friendly and explained the process and that they have a broom like device on the end of the hoses that make it more efficient. They arrived on time, were very professional and were able to get a blocked duct in the bedroom working. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.
