Friendly Heating and Cooling Inc. is a locally owned and operated business that has been in business since 1986. We are not a very large company fore we only employ 15 people including the owner. All of our employees are required to complete a drug test and background test. We are a 95% residential and 5% light commercial business with a lot of long term customers in both areas. Friendly Heating and Cooling Inc. is a Trane Comfort Speacialist Dealer.

I was told service would be done that were never completed. When asked about it they just said no even though that was the only reason I had went with them. They charged me close to $6k more than the next company and didn't do the work. They will not adjust the price and told me they would send someone for free to fix our old unit then held that against me when I ask why they didn't finish the job. I don't recommend them. Now I still.have to get a contractor to.fi ish the electrical work

Great! Had 3 estimates Friendly was not the least,but they where the most honest and professional. Did everything that was promised. Very happy.
