Bill explained in detail any deficiencies in the house and what needed to be examined by an engineer or professional in that field. I was better able to determine what would need to be fixed immediately and what could wait. It helped me budget how much I could offer for the house and what I need leftover money wise for repairs. also what I could ask the seller to fix prior to purchase. Well worth the money in deciding if I could really afford this house in the long run.
