They damaged my walls and over-charged me. If you use this service (which I do NOT recommend), check the invoice before you pay. They charged $119 for their "Special Promo! 3 Rooms for $99" with no explanation. And ask the technician to use the corner protectors *before* they drag the hoses against the corners of your home. The Bio Topical (an $80/rm up-charge) was not worth the extra expense.

Our current promotion without a coupon is 3 for $119, so I imagine this was simply an error in not entering the coupon code by the CSR. Either way we are sorry. All of our technicians are supposed to use corner guards, and there is no excuse why he damaged your walls. We would have been more than happy to cover any cost or inconvenience in regards to this if you would have called and let us know. ( you are still welcome to do so)."

They cleaned everything well, and we were especially pleased with the cleaning of the air ducts. We could tell a big difference in the air quality. We recommend all homeowners consider getting their air ducts cleaned.

Too much drama! When tech arrived we explained the issue of the pet stains and smell and were given a hard sell on the enzyme treatment for the entire house and that we were going to be given a great discount. Upon completion the smell was actually worse. When the tech returned we were lectured on that the enzyme treatment will just bring the smell to the surface and that we needed to do the deep extraction to get it out. Please in the future just let your customers know what is needed and less discussion about it.

Very well, they were friendly professional and worked quickly. They were respectful of my concerns for my parents risk of falls. Their work is very good, even for very old stained worn carpet. I was very surprised at how well my parents carpets looked. They dry fast and look and smell clean. I highly recommend this company

They do great. I didn't do a lot of price checking. They did a good job. They did a great job. They cleaned up afterwords. No complaints what so ever. They got all but one stain, it was an magic marker stain. Its right under my chair, and its still there. A little red dot.

ok. The advertised price (3 rooms for $X) was not as advertised. they added fees to it, one being a fee to come to the house. I felt it was very misleading. this was not through an Angie's List coupon.
