Horribly bad. It was like a bunch of 10 yr olds decided to spruce up the yard

They ran the mowers over branches that had fallen from a storm thee night before and shot pieces into the house and onto the deck. Edging was a complete joke with many missed spots. Mulch was thrown around and landed on the deck, in window wells on trash bins and in the grass. Then I find spiders and all sorts of things in the mulch. I would not wish this service. Lon my enemies

If I could select zero stars, I would. Unfortunately, my HOA has control over lawn services otherwise I would have stopped using their services months ago. The grass is not always cut like it's supposed to be, but when they do bother to cut the grass it is done uneven and without regard for the look of the finished product. They have even destroyed a furniture cover with a weedeater. I have called and complained about lack of service but they can only come up with invalid excuses and do not actually fix the problem. If you have a choice, find another lawn care service!

I live at Carolina Arbors. The last load of mulch Yardnique spread on our street contained seeds, spiders, mice and artillery fungus. The houses on our street are covered with spores from the artillery fungus!! The removal is expensive and requires repainting. Here is one explanation from another landscaper of how to rid the houses of the spores. " The spore masses shot out by the artillery fungus stick like super-glue. Power washing may work on new vinyl siding, but old and dry siding presents a more persistent problem. There does not seem to be an efficient way to get them off without leaving a stain on the siding. They can be physically removed with steel wool or sanded off, but what a job that would be." 



This is a senior community. The spores are everywhere-on cars parked in driveway; patio furniture, etc. The amount of work for removal is overwhelming. 



I understand this also happened at Carolina Preserves and the HOA had to change the contract with Yardnique to get higher quality mulch. 





The HOA has contacted Yardnique and I, myself has sent them email.  No resolution yet, and the fungus is now sprouting for more damage.

Many home owners in this new community are facing issues with this company's workmanship. In my home, beofer sodding the lawn, this company failed to prepare the soil by removing construction debris and stones. They laid the sod, never watered it till I took posession. The sodding was improper and hence there are many patches of exposed ground. One tree and half a dozen plants were noticed to be dead, on the very first week of moving in. Multiple attempts were made to reach this provider. A supervisor named Taaji, turned up at my residence and mentioned that Yard Nique will not be attending to these issues.
I have spent significant amount of effort in reviving the lwan and backyard from the poor condition it was handed over to a reasonable extent now. However, professional attention is still a requirement to fix the issues.

Our HOA (Home Owners Association) paid for the service, because we pay them our monthly dues!! Yard Nique people were very prompt in arriving. They are not just professional, but experts at what they do. They informed us as to what and how they will be doing the spraying and the work, and explained to us how the process will work.
They finished the job, let us know, and we thought we will never see them again! But they returned in 3 or 4 days to check on the trees and the problem that they treated, knocked on our door and asked us for a feedback. I mean, they are just about perfect!
The bugs vanished, totally dead and disappeared, COMPLETELY!!

They have done a great job and Chad is exceptional. Whenever I call he always answers the phone and I would highly recommend him. They are very fair priced and I will continue their services.

I have a one year contract with them and they come do our lawn maintenance. They do trash removal, ice removal and they keep my flower beds and other areas maintained. They also service my sprinkler system. This company is great and they are responsible.  They have very good prices but the only drawback is that they are in Raleigh which is about 40miles north. We have a contract for them to come out and I pay them yearly.
