Making arrangements and billing for the supplies went fine. Scheduling was challenging due to very wet weather this spring. They were responsive and made reasonable attempts to get the topsoil/compost mix to us as quickly as possible. The quality of the topsoil/compost mix was good. However, the delivery of the topsoil was difficult. They did not want to deliver to the spots we wanted the soil dumped due to a concern about getting stuck. While there were solid spots to drive on, they were not very careful and wound up getting stuck and did a fair amount of damage to our yard and did not dump the soil where we wanted it. In follow up discussions, they were pretty abrupt with us saying they won't do anything because they don't want their drivers leaving paved surfaces - which makes it difficult to get soil to desired spots. All of this required quite a bit of repair work on our part.

Our church was in need of 100cy of certified playground mulch. After sending an email via the website, Jeff Mangum contacted me almost immediately. While Triangle Landscaping prices were already considerably lower than other mulching suppliers, Jeff was able to give us an even better price because of the quantity. He said they would just need 2 days lead time for the order. So, we ordered the mulch on Tuesday for a Friday morning delivery. The mulch arrived on time and at the agreed upon cost. Also, the office staff was pleasant and very helpful. We will definitely us Triangle Landscaping Supplies again.

They delivered triple-shredded mulch to our place twice (6 and 12 cubic yards). They were easy to get hold of, fast, and very flexible. When the weather changed, they were able to adapt their schedule and bring out the mulch when we needed it that day. The mulch was of different color the second time, but that is to be expected, and both times it was of very good quality.

I liked the product availability and their punctuality. They failed to show up on two occasions and then when I was going to cancel they did show up.

It went fine, dropped off on time and in the place I asked. Don't know a thing about soil. I was the labor, my mother in law is the green thumb. She said it was good product and a good price.
