Amazing Service. Courteous, answered the phone promptly. Came out the next morning and arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and we will be using them again in the future!

My septic tank was full. It hadn't been pumped in 20+ years! Could smell it up the shower drain. Was trying to figure out who to call when I see Otto Lyons septic tank truck driving down my neighborhood. Talked to my neighbor and he had used them before so I asked them to stop by. Otto is indeed 81 and his grandson works by his side. Otto said he's owned his business for over 30 years and he worked for another septic tank service for 25 years before that. They took care of the problem right away. Both Otto and his grandson were helpful in answering all my questions, professional, and friendly. i enjoyed talking to them while they worked.

One of my friends recommended Otto to me a few years ago. I've used their service 3 or 4 times now going back to 2003. Otto is 80 years old now but he's still going strong. Otto is always very friendly and is a pleasure to talk to. As I understand it, Otto has turned over (or is in the process of turning over) the business to his capable grandson. But Otto is still working hard alongside his grandson. They've always done great work, so I highly recommend them.

After getting repeated promises from another company, I was referred to Otto Lyons who arrived 30 minutes after I talked to him on the phone (on a Saturday). This pleasant gentleman and his grandson quickly went to work and found the tank (something another vendor couldn't do) and had the tank cleaned out in just over an hour. They were very polite and cleaned up and left the yard in great shape. It is noteworthy that Mr. Lyons is 77 years old, but is as spry as someone half his age. He is very proud of the fact that he has been associated with the septic business for over 50 years and his experience shows. I will definitely use them again.
