I just showed up. No reservation. I was in and out in under two hours. I'm pleased with the experience.
As with all repair shops, it seams, you can't avoid the inspection and up-sell. It is useful with cars however, as you trust your life to them. The service staff at this location found and pointed out some serious issues with my front end. Gave me an estimate with no pressure, that was economical.
I was happy to see in their waiting room, a "Brag board" posted with numerous letters and cards praising their service. I'll be a repeat customer.

I went there for an oil change and tire rotation. They were really busy, so it took several hours and they told me this wasn't that busy for them. So I would leave your car with them if you decide to use them and pick it up later. I didn't and I had to kill 3 hours, which wasn't so bad with all the shopping around but I wasn't busy. More importantly, they were honest and helpful.

They were excellent! My car runs better than before. They gave me a good price and didn't raise the price during service. They picked me up and dropped me off too.

Excellent job at an excellent price. She purrs like a kitten again!

They knew and had the synthetic oil needed in the new Lexus SUV's. Quick turn around time.

The people of Meineke Car Care Center have shown to care not only about my car, but about me as well. Everything seemed to go wrong on my car at about the same time. First the alternator died on May 8, and Meineke was able to replace it for a reasonable cost. Three days later, I took my car back for a previously scheduled 120,000 mile maintenance tuneup. The mechanics did all the necessary work on my car, but did not do unneccesary work (which in my experience is rare). They asked me if I wanted my spark plugs changed, for example, which was on the list of work to be performed. But they accurately noted and pointed out that they had been replaced just about a year before and were in good shape. They gave me a loyalty discount and sent me on my way. A week later, my a/c went. We all knew they had just added freon a week before, and they felt bad in confirming what I already knew - that I needed a new compressor, which is not an inexpensive part. They did not charge me for any freon, knowing I had just paid for quite a bit just a week earlier, and once again they gave me a very helpful loyalty discount. I've talked with several people who have recently had to get new compressors, and they all paid a couple hundred dollars more than I did.
Over the years I have struggled to find a mechanic I can trust. I am thankful that Meineke has earned my business. (On a related note, a year ago after having work done at a shop out of state and driving back with a horrible rattling sound, I took my car into Meienke, they found the problem - some parts that were not put on tightly at the other shop and fixed it for me without charge.)
I recommend this service provider without hesitation.

They didn't put in any oil back in the car, the car seized and the engine block cracked. The oil change prior to this, they were supposed to rotate the tires and they didn't do it. However, they put on the receipt that that service had been completed. When I questioned this, they told me they said they didn't think tire rotation was was needed. Not their call - I wanted to make sure I didn't void the warranty on the new tires! The manager was very nice and told me he'd tell the service techs that they shouldn't put completed work on the receipt that they didn't actually do. However this most recent experience destroyed my car.

As expected, there were not the $620 worth of problems that Firestone said. No oil leak. Inside air filter was replaced under 5000 miles earlier. I only went to Firestone because Meineke was so busy. Will always go to Meineke in the future. They are honest and care about their customers. There is a reason that the new Firestone on High House seems to never be busy. They are liars.

They told me the strut bar was fine, but the car still sounds horrible after all the work was done. Every time I go over a bump I am reminded of how the work wasn't done properly because it makes such a loud noise. I have taken it back and they didn't fix it the second time around either. I just don't have a lot of time to go back and forth for car repair with two young children in tow.

We were pleased that they informed us that we only needed to change our back brakes and not our fronts because that saved us money. They got us in same day, and we wanted someone right away so that was important. We got the vehicle to them at 2 in the afternoon and they said they would stay until the job was finished.
