Junk Doctors

This is a picture of the email confirmation. There is nowhere in this confirmation email that states if I do not answer my phone my junk won?t be removed. My appointment was canceled because I never received a call, that?s very poor customer service not only did o not get my stuff removed I wasted a whole day waiting for these people. I got a confirmation for a date and time that means I agree to the terms of a mandatory phone call was required it should be a disclaimer to support that. The manager called me to try and resolve the issue but instead he refused to take accountability for the company?s poor and ineffective communication.

Called for kerbside removal of a couch and arranged it for the following day, though I commented that it was supposed to be rainy then. They called back and were able to pick it up the same day as the call. Quick, professional, courteous, and a reasonable value. I recommend this service.

I hired Junk Doctors to remove a dilapidated shed from my backyard. They provided an estimate and stuck to it. They were prompt and did an excellent job avoiding damage to the area immediately outside the shed. I would hire again.

Seamless experience with well- mannered staff. 30 minute call-ahead, and all I had to do was point to the items for removal. They kept the floors clean and the walls without damage. The only consideration I can think to highlight for future clients is that there is a minimum fee regardless of the volume to haul away, so make it count. I'm pleased, overall, and will use them again.

I was quoted a certain price for the job over the phone and because it was easier than they had anticipated they gave me a discount without me asking at the time of service. Very happy with this business and will definitely use again as more junk accumulates.

Even though it was pricey, I had them take a refrigerator, a twin bed, a love seat, the heavy top of a desk and a desk, plus multiple other smaller pieces of furniture/equipment. The guys were great!

On time, prompt, fast, Price only concern what charged when came more than what quoted on phone.

They came early, were very thorough and gathered everything I had ready plus some extra things that I found. Very mannerly and polite. They even had to deal with a fleeing squirrel and Black widow spider. Really great job.

Great experience from start to finish! The items that I had JunkDoctors remove were all over my property and most all were dusty, dirty and/or weed covered. The guys that came out were professional and did not mind rolling up their sleeves and jumping in to get the job done. Will definitely use them again!
