These guys are so professional. So friendly, fast, patient with a client who wasn't 100% sure what should stay and what should go. They helped lift and move stuff so i could give it a thumbs up or thumbs down. They remembered everything i pointed to in 4 or 5 different areas and didn't balk when removal of some junk revealed more junk that needed to go. They were here an done in a flash. I will be hiring Junk Doctors again.

They lied to us, did not come back and finish the job as they promised. Then I had to clean up the mess they made on my bank account when they billed me. Fortunately I have 3 witnesses who heard what they promised me and I took PICTURES of them and their shiny yellow truck # A 12. This is not the end!

Professional, courteous, timely (both upon initial request and actual arrival time for job) and good overall experience. Pricing was fair for what we needed done, which included hauling out some larger items from around house and yard. I would recommend Junk Doctors to anyone who has similar needs.
